I don't accept refunds or returns and due to the nature of handmade items there may be small imperfections, however it should not affect the final piece cast when it comes to silicone molds. If there's any major issues I must be contacted within 14 days of the order delivery or else you accept you are satisfied with your purchase. With that said if there is any major problems and I am contacted within the time frame allotted I will try my best to come up with a solution that may work well with both parties.
